Samsung's 65W charger gets TUV SUD certification

Samsung's 65W USB Power Delivery charger has gotten another certification - this time with the German TUV SUD authority. The charger, model number EP-TA865, has already been certified in South Korea and was pictured. We know it supports Programmable Power Supply and can top up devices at up to 20V and 3.25A (making 65 Watts). But we don't know when this charger will become available to the general public, nor what device will be able to take advantage of its power.
