Google dropped the tele camera of the 4th generation and put an ultra wide camera on the Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G instead. Some users were excited to use the Astrophotography mode with the wider field of view offered by the new camera, however, they were disappointed with the results as images came out noisy and with a very noticeable tint. Good news – Google fixed the issue. Bad news – the fix just removed the Astrophotography option for the ultra wide camera.
